HiPack AL/PE Strip Pack
AL/PE strip packaging is a simple, traditional low-cost and high-barrier packing for tablets and capsules. This packaging method does not allow much in the way of product protection and camera-inspection is not possible but is still widely-used and available from Haishun.
Strip packs have neither thermos-formed nor cold-formed cavities. They are made of two strips of aluminum and polyester laminates sealed around the tables to create cavities.
Technical superiority
Haishun has significant expertise in the area of AL/PE strip packaging and films may be customized according to capsule or tablet's dimension, smoothness and etc. Special requirements for SOFTGEL capsule packaging and in respect of lower heat-sealing temperatures for example are available on request.

Haishun strip packaging is highly notch sensitive and can easily be opened.
Haishun’ s tear-open strip pack with PET layer can replace standard aluminum lid foils with similar tearing effect.
Can be supplied printed with drug manufacturer's logo, product data etc.
