HiPack Lidding Foils for Push-Through-Packages (PTP)
A blister pack is made up of two layers, the forming layer and the lidding (backing). These two layers are usually pressed together to form a complete blister pack by means of heat sealing.

Haishun has invested in highest quality imported Japanese printing-coating equipment and perform proprietary heat seal and primer coating operation for total quality control. Haishun also offers customized heat seal and primer options on request.
Capability is printing or print/coat up to eight colors
Capability is as follows: 20 - 30 micron soft or hard temper foil, heat seal coating in either 4-6 g/m² or 6-8 g/m² and print primer treated for any type of commercial or UV ink system. Haishun can print in-house up to eight colors in slit widths or master rolls up to one meter wide.
