Production process

Composite films require technically advanced manufacturing equipment and Haishun uses Japanese printing and laminating equipment plus 100% camera inspection to ensure that final product meets all specifications and customized quality requirements.

Product feature

Haishun has highly-developed technology to laminate, coat and/or print up to eight colors.
Typical structures include soft-temper aluminum foils laminated to any combination of printed or unprinted OPET, paper, PE seal-layers etc.

Typical applications include pouch stock, transdermal packaging, sample sachets etc.
